Breno Melo is the founder and head coach of Breno Melo Endurance Coaching, a Boston-based practice serving runners, cyclists, and triathletes worldwide since 2015. A 12-time Boston Marathon qualifier with 18+ race wins, Breno holds RRCA, USAT, and TrainingPeaks Level 2 certifications and coaches in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. His athletes have qualified for Boston, podiumed at Ironman 70.3s, and set lifetime PRs in their 40s and 50s.

Breno's training philosophy combines polarized intensity distribution, sport-specific periodization, and data-driven recovery — all delivered with the personal accountability athletes need to actually finish what they start. He operates from a Fenway studio at 1330 Boylston St #1208, and writes weekly on race-craft, fueling, and the long arc of athletic development.
