Coaching Philosophy
Starting as a competitive swimmer with Brazil's renowned Minas Tenis Clube, I developed my athletic prowess for over two decades. After moving to the U.S. for college, I transitioned to running, achieving milestones including multiple marathons and a spot in the prestigious Boston Marathon. In 2011, I ventured into triathlons, swiftly earning a Professional triathlon license after notable finishes, such as 2nd place at the 2016 70.3 Pan American Championship. Despite knee setbacks, I completed over 50 races globally and coached extensively, from the Boston University Triathlon team to Lifetime Fitness’s endurance programs. As a coach, I blend data-driven strategies with practical experience, focusing on accountability and tailored athlete development.
