Empowering Your Success With Proven Expertise

My athletic career spans over 20 years, starting with competitive swimming in Brazil and growing into a pro triathlon career in the U.S. I’ve dealt with challenges, like coming back from a tough knee injury, and I’ve celebrated big milestones—like finishing 2nd at the 2016 70.3 Pan American Championship.

These experiences shaped how I coach: with resilience, practical training, and a personal approach. Every athlete I work with gets this same mindset—real-world lessons, not theory.
